Terms of Service

1. About Us
Concierge 24 is a service provided by CharlieCookLive Ltd, a company registered in Ireland with company number 813096, having its registered office in Kilkenny, Ireland (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at hello@concierge24.ie.
2. The Service
Concierge 24 is an AI assistant that lets accommodation providers (hotels, holiday parks, guest houses and similar businesses, the “Customer”) answer guest questions through a branded web chat interface accessed via QR code. We provide hosting, the AI software, the admin dashboard, and ongoing support.
3. Eligibility
The Customer must be a business entity with legal authority to enter into this agreement.
4. Free Trial
New Customers receive a 30-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. The Customer may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge. If the Customer does not cancel before the end of the trial, billing begins automatically based on the plan selected at signup.
5. Pricing and Payment
Standard pricing is €149 per month or €1,490 per year. Annual plans receive two months free. Prices are in Euro and exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Customer authorises us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method on file on each billing date.
6. Cancellation
The Customer may cancel at any time. To cancel, email hello@concierge24.ie at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months. Annual plans cancelled mid-term are not refunded but service continues to the end of the paid period. We are working on a self-service cancellation option in the hotel dashboard, available shortly.
7. Customer Content
The Customer is responsible for the content provided in their knowledge base, including factual accuracy, copyright clearance, and compliance with applicable laws. The Customer retains ownership of their knowledge base content. We grant ourselves a limited licence to host and process this content solely to provide the service.
8. Acceptable Use
The Customer must not use the service to:
- provide false or misleading information to guests,
- collect sensitive personal data through the chatbot,
- attempt to reverse engineer the service,
- resell the service without our written agreement, or
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers (including Stripe, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, or Resend).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our total liability to the Customer for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost bookings, or loss of guest goodwill. Nothing in this clause limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate by giving 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment.
12. Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to the Customer by email at least 14 days in advance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
